Our dietitians are CORU registered which means you can claim tax relief of 20% as medical expenses. We are happy to provide you with a receipt that you can submit to Revenue.

  • Weight Loss

    We will support you to lose between 5-10% of your starting bodyweight over 3-6 months. We provide evidence-based and expert support; no fad diets or strict meal plans!

  • GLP-1 Nutrition Support

    Have you started taking GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Saxenda, Wegovy or Mounjaro? We can help you optimize nutrition to decrease side effects, improve the quality of your diet and address any underlying eating behaviours that have been affecting your weight.

    Dietary strategies can have a significant impact in PCOS. We can help you to reduce body fat, improve insulin sensitivity and regulate hormones.

    Lifestyle can play a huge role in improving and potentially reversing fatty liver disease. This can be achieved through 5-10% weight loss and adopting a Mediterranean diet.

    Weight gain is a common experience during menopause. We can help you to manage your weight while supporting other aspects of menopause such as improving bone density, increasing muscle strength and optimizing heart health.

  • Disordered Eating

    Disordered eating is an unhealthy eating pattern that can include restrictive dieting, binge eating or skipping meals.
